Two different profile pictures in iCloud account

On my iPhone, I noticed I have a different profile picture showing on my photos and another one one on my iCloud account. I recently moved to the iphone 16 and wondered if I have somehow got two accounts running?

it is mainly annoying me because the one showing up is my profile pic for my photos has an old boyfriend in it and I can’t seem to get rid of it or change it. Help please!!!
