Hi All

Have a weird problem my HomePod mini updated to new firmware, and then flashed and screen died. Seemed totally dead, and was going to take to Apple Store (apple care+) in a few weeks when I can ( I work away from apple location), however I read plugging into Mac I could restore it.

Anyway nothing appears in finder so thought dead. But I happened to have system information open, and it can be seen in there under USB. Odd. Anyone have any ideas, I think the firmware was interrupted as we had a power outage. The screen is blank completely. Unplugged waited a day plugged in etc. No noise, but its still being identified
