Control Center can't be customized

My 1000 pupils-iPads are managed by jamf school and there's a Layout-Profil active. As long as this Profil is active the control center under iPadOS 18 can't be customized. Tested it by deactivating the Profile. When it's off, the control center can by customized. Is there a fix coming? I contacted jamf already and this is what they replied:

"I understand the problem, but I'm afraid there's not much we can do from our end since we're just following the MDM protocol. You might want to get a case created with Apple instead."

Can someone help me please?
