Can not add a new reminder list via web version of icloud.com

I can not seem to add a new reminder list from any browser I use at icloud.com. Only from my iPhone. Is there any way to do this? Everything I have found on the internet says you should be able to but no one explains how. What am I missing? Any button I hit on the browser seems to just add to a previous list that I have previously created on the phone. but does not allow me to create a new list. Any help wis appreciated.
