Moving songs on Playlist - Random Song Jumps Down

This issue has been going on for about 2 years now and I'm suprised Apple hasn't fixed it. It happens on all my Macs (I have 4 MacBooks running various MacOS and various Apple Music. So it's not just one computer or the latest software release.

MacBook Pro 2021: MacOS 14.5 running Apple Music 1.4.5.36

The issue is when you are moving songs around by dragging them up or down on a playlist in Apple Music, instead of moving the song your highlighted and dragged down/up. A random song (normally from above the song you are dragging down) pops down the playlist instead. This doesn't happen everytime you move a song, but normally once in about 15 or so moves.
