Access Cloud Music Library to turn off or on?

I want to copy/sync my Music library on my iMac, running latest Ventura, which contains purchased and copied from CDs music to my iPhone (up-to-date 13 mini) music library. I get the message that the phone is using Cloud Music Library and I need to turn it off. I cannot find the Cloud Music Library to turn it off. HELP!!!

I have been able to get the music over through the cloud before, I have most of what is on the computer already, but I want to add a new CD.
