Getting errors while playing music on iTunes, errors downloading pictures. Not pleased with my new purchase. Support didn’t help much. First time ever receiving a dud iPhone and I bought the first one. Error message 560164718-operation could not be completed while playing music.

IF you contacted Apple support and they couldn't help you then there isn't much for anyone in these user to user technical forum can provide.
