How to backup/restore iOS local music

I would like to backup my local music files so I can restore my whole device.

The only way I used since the Apple Music is released is to use the feature to directly move data from older iPhone to the new one.

I would simply want to

  1. Backup all my phone including local music files (added files before Apple Music)
  2. Restore the whole iOS
  3. restore my files again
