This item is not currently available in your country or region

I have just updated to IOS 18.1 on my iPhone 11, and I have 2 songs I cannot have in my Apple music library, because of some error. Whenever I try to play them in a playlist or out of my library, I receive this error message: "This item is not currently available in your country or region." To my knowledge, this only affects 2 songs, CHIHIRO by Billie Eilish and Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana.

Does anyone know whats happened and/or how I can fix it?
