passwords / keychain not synching - iCloud is on all devices

Update - sorry everyone. It seems it is now synched.

I couldn't find a way to delete post. My apologies.

Hi, MacAir and iPhone total passwords are not the same number.

I discovered this when I saw iPhone had a second entry for an account recently added and only the older entry was on the Mac.

Confirmed iCloud is on both devices. There's a roughly 40 item discrepancy.
