I can’t sign in to iCloud.com and i'm forced to sign in to iCloud.com.cn which is all in Chinese! can't read!

Well, I can’t sign in to iCloud.com and i'm forced to sign in to iCloud.com.cn which is all in Chinese! can't read and understand Chinese language. I live in China, yes, but it doesn't mean i can speak Chinese nor less read and write it. Is there a way for me to get the page back in English? and don't tell me use a browser which can translate, thank you :)
