Mac Mini M2 8gb, screentime showing 24h running while on sleep and monitor is off!

My mac mini 2023 m2 having this issue for a while now, every time after working on it the following hours showing that the screentime always running!

i have to shut it down to make it off!

this usually happen after screen server on and then screen goes off!

I tried multiple solutions but nothing worked for me!
