Unable to delete icloud items, keep showing in my trashbin

I had 3 items I was using then no longer needed and deleted off my computer, in icloud these items were still there so I signed into icloud and deleted them but everyday on every mac I own (macbook, minimac, etc) I still see those 3 items in my trash bin after repeatedly trying to delete them from the machines and from icloud directly.

I even let them sit in deleted area for months on icloud believing after 30 days of being deleted they would drop off but they are still there and appear on every computer in trash.

I cannot figure out how to get rid of these, i even restored the files then re-deleted them but they reappear in the trash bin almost immediately and it's driving me a bit crazy.
