Invalid Apple Music Repeat behavior?

After recent update, Repeat function behaves strangely when set to "One". It now prevents user from changing a played track. Instead, it just re-plays the current song.

MacOS only, iOS version still functions well.

For reference: on iOS, when you click "Next song(>>)" button, you will see it coming and Repeat=One applied now to this track instead.
