I’m trying to assist someone with Keychain. They have an old Macbook running Catalina and IPhone running iOS17 upgradeable to iOS18).
Everything looks ok in the settings with Autofill on etc. however when they log onto a website it creates a keychain entry with “not saved” against the password. Safari does not give them the option to save the password at eith logon or logoff. This is the same on both the macbook and iphone. Any thoughts?
