Corrupt Apple ID impacting Apple Music
I have an iPhone 13 mini and have never had any problems that I can’t fix until now. I was able to play music just fine on Sunday. Starting Monday, I would click play on both downloaded and not-downloaded songs and nothing would happen. I am in the middle of switching from Verizon to T-Mobile but have not received the new phone yet so haven’t started the ACTUAL switch.
I have verified that my subscription is through my Apple ID and not Verizon. I logged out of my App Store account and logged out of Apple Music and deleted the app. Now that I’ve re-downloaded the app, I can’t lot in. I enter my info and get a spinner but nothing happens.
I have the same issue when I go to App Store > Apps. Is something with my Apple ID corrupted??
