Stub hub Apple ID issue

Quite a few people seem to have had this problem. The hidden email address was used when I purchased my tickets from StubHub. StubHub can then communicate with me via that address which correctly forwards to my main email inbox. The problem arises when the seller of the tickets tries to send me an email with the tickets using the hidden address which, as I understand it, can only be used by StubHub. Any solutions to this?
