Apple Music keeps asking for subscription to listen to music I’ve purchased

• Is this music that was purchased on a Mac that you now want on your iPhone?
• If you previously had the music on your iPhone and now see a Message when opening Apple Music with a Start Listening button, that is not signing you up for a subscription. You will see this message after an iOS update and just need to tap Start Listening to continue to the app. Some people think that Start Listening means that a subscription is required.

How are you playing the music? Are you going into the Library, or using Siri voice commands?

I have an Apple Music subscription, and have noticed that Siri seems to like to play songs from the Apple Music streaming service, even when I ask Siri to play music from my. own CDs that I have in my Library.
