I created my appled id using my phone number, and now when im trying to create my icloud.com mail got no option on my iphone. Then i signed in to icloud.com/mail and there its mentioned that "iCloud Mail is not available for your account". How to resolve this issue?
If you created an Apple account using a phone number, then Apple cannot turn that into an email address, which would explain why you cannot create or access an email address.
Short of creating an Apple Account that is not based on your phone number, I do know how to resolve this using only your phone-based account.
