Same answer to your previous post:

This is an optional method to secure your account where the only way to regain access to your account is by using a Trusted Device or the Recovery Key. You would have needed to write that Recovery Key down and you can only change it if you have access to a Trusted Device. That is detailed here:

This gives you more control of your account recovery methods and can help prevent an attacker from gaining access to and taking control of your account. However, if you lose your recovery key and can’t access one of your trusted devices, you’ll be locked out of your account permanently.

Set up a recovery key for your Apple Account - Apple Support

When you set up the Recovery Key, you need to do this:

When you generate a recovery key, print a copy or write it down. Keep it in a safe place, so that you always have access to your Apple Account. You can give a copy of your recovery key to a family member, or keep copies in more than one place.

Read the entire page for the supplied link. Without another Trusted Device or that Recovery Key that should have been written down you will no longer be able to use the account again. Apple does not keep a copy of your Recovery Key and cannot reset it. That is why it is the more secure option.
