I have lots of emails received daily, but one in particular will not download at all, the message is “This message has not been downloaded from the server.”
This happens on both my iPad and IPhone, and as all my other emails are downloading correctly, I know it’s not my mail that’s the issue, but I cannot work out how to either download it or unsubscribe from it
any help please?

It's a pain when this happens, so as a backup plan I usually have a link to the my email service supplier, like Gmail or Outlook and I can view the email that might be causing the problem.
