Why does my iPhone Music auto-play when connecting to Bluetooth?

The music automatically starts playing when iPhone connects via Bluetooth to car. Very often I see it playing in the background when disconnected. It’s the same track every time! I have tried numerous times to stop it. I am now to the point where I’ve deleted the app and I’m considering buying another music app that will NEVER auto start. ANYTHING BUT APPLE!!!!!
