Operating Hotmail On Android Phone And iPad Air
Since 2022 my partner has happily operated her Hotmail account using Outlook on her Android phone and Mail on her iPad Air. She has recently noticed that from 19/09/24 the emails received on her Android phone were not being received by her iPad Air. This is apparently as a result of changes made by Microsoft.
She wishes to continue using her Hotmail account on both devices as she does not wish to change her phone but prefers to handle any detailed email correspondence on the larger screen of her iPad Air.
Apple Support have done their best to help but the problem originates with changes made by Microsoft and their customer support is very impersonal, text based and almost impenetrable to normal understanding.
Any advice how best to resolve this?
iPad Air
