How long are Contacts and Calendars Archives kept in Data Recovery on iCloud?

Whenever I login to iCloud on the web, I see all these archives in data recovery. Some of them such as bookmarks and files are deleted within 30 days. I thought I saw the same for Contacts and Calendars, but I can find no documentation on this anymore. I also do not see a way to delete any of the archives either. I was wanting to free up some space in my iCloud storage plan. Or are we just stuck with all the old and outdated archives? For example, all iTunes and iBooks purchases as well as every app you ever downloaded haunt you forever unless you go nuclear and delete your entire Apple account.
