Purchased Comcast Streamsaver. Pay Comcast Directly. Now billed by Apple too. If I don't pay Apple, I lose AppleTV service.
I purchased Comcast's Streamsaver bundle. I pay Comcast directly each month for the bundle, which includes Apple TV. I receive the service through a cable box attached to my TV. NOT an Apple device. This is
NOT an Apple device issue, it's a billing/account problem.
However, now I am being billed $9.99/month by Apple too. If I stop the Apple payments, but keep paying Comcast, my Apple TV stops working on my Comcast cable boxes.
I went to Comcast and they reinitialized my Streamsaver account. Service restored ... along with a monthly bill for $9.99 from Apple!
How do I fix this?
