Why only Apple TV has streaming problems

Like everyone else. We have issues only with Apple TV and have every other streaming service with no issues. We don't watch except at night and I read others comment that it’s Apple not dealing with need of streaming at peak time. Very disappointing and irritating. There is good content but would be nice to watch without the constant deadly spinning circle!
