Can't figure out how to add my own ringtone with my iPhone 14 and the current Music (version 1.5.0.174)

It's simple. I used to be able to "easily" add my own custom ringtones to my phone. I would just copy the file to the tones folder on my Mac and it would appear after I synced with my phone. Everything (phone, Macbook, Music) are updated. Does anyone have any insight into how or even if I can add my own ringtones to my phone?
