I was wondering if anyone has a solution to why it does not let me claim promotional codes. I have used apple music before but the promotional code claimed that it was for "new and returning users" making me eligible to claim, but when I go to claim it says that I am "not eligible for this offer" does anyone have any solutions?

Where did you get this promotional code?
You will find many scam sites that get income by claiming they have codes for free services. They get the income either from charging people for the codes or by user clicks to be paid by advertisers. Is this the case for you?
