On any drop down menu there are numbers to the left? I tried Accessability>Voice Control> overlay & it says none. Ticked one of the choices in drop down menu, & then None again & there is still numbers?

When I press command/option/3, for screenshot, they go away? Also if I 'stop listening' in Voice Ctrl they do not appear?
