Can’t sign into the Apple TV app on my TV

Apple TV signed me out of the Apple TV app on my TV and now I can’t sign back in. It gives me a QR code and verification code to type in. The code doesn’t work it says it’s invalid. There’s no way to get off the screen and there’s no way to enter your Apple ID manually, what a stupid system does anyone know a fix? I’ve tried restarting everything and my Apple ID and password are correct.
