How can I edit my app review after submission on the iTunes Store?

Just reviewed an app only to find out a few of my comments no longer apply. I wrote one 1-2 years ago but never hit send, so when I went to review this time what I had written popped up. I tweaked it a bit and hit send, but double checked my critique and indeed it has improved. Tried hit review on app in store but it gives me a new blank template. How do I modify?
