Video is unavailable check Network connection
When I try to access "Shrinking", I receive the error, "Video is unavailable check Network connection".
My internet IS connected. Help?

- Unplug your modem and router for 2-3 minutes, then re-plug them in and wait about 5-6 minutes to let them fully boot up.
