Can not copy IpadOS 18.01 from Shortcuts to Notes, blank page, even after reboot.

I've been experiencing an issue when trying to copy text from Shortcuts to Notes— I get a blank screen, though I can still see my text under the name in the left pane. I tried restarting my iPad, but the problem persists. On top of that, overall performance in iPadOS, especially in Safari, has slowed down noticeably, by about 20%. I'm really frustrated with this, and I’ve already reached out to support. It took hours to finally speak to someone, only to be told I’d receive a call back, which never happened. I had to follow up myself, and after 4 hours, still didn’t get a solution. Quite disappointed with the experience.
