Apple Stock Apps issue on the Mesh Network with Apple TV

I am facing this weird issue, I have a TP Link Deco M5 based Mesh network at my home. I have recently bought the Apple TV. Now everything including Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime and other third party apps work fine when Apple TV is connected to mesh Network. However, all the Apple stock apps like Apps Store, Apple Music, Apple Movies, throw an error "Cannot connect Try Again". They work fine if I connect to a Non Mesh network on the stock router provided by my ISP. Also all these apps work fine on my iphone and ipad. There is just some weird issue between the mesh network and Apple Stock Apps on Apple TC. Does any one have any ideas on how to fix this?
