Sonoma 14.7 | SMB Servers | Sudden unmounting

Hello!

We experiencing some weird sharing behaviour since we updated to the latest Sonoma version.

The mounted shared folders servers are very slow, often unresponsive and systematically unmounted each day, even if the workstations remain open.

We use several MacStudio M2 workstations as servers.

We need to always to mount Windows shared folders and Intranet servers (huge IT Infra IT NAS) as well as output. While the Windows wks work fine and the share remain, the smb mounted intrant servers systematically unmount by themselves.

We checked the current SMB protocol version used to align the requirements and both runs on the same one.

We investigated a bit deeper. DFS and Sonoma seem to be not really friends. The .DS_Store. are a pain and should be killed to avoid wrong inherited metadata's, I guess. I don't see Signing On, on the Signing Supported line for the min intranet NAS server.

Questions: Are we the only with these failures? If not, what is the behaviour on your side?

Additional question: did you succeed to bypass this failure?

Thanks!

Sincerely.
