Keeping Apple Music While changing country or region

I need to change the country/region on my iCloud account. However it won’t allow me to do this until I end my Apple Music subscription. If I do this though, I will lose all my saved music, playlists etc. So I wondered how I can change country without losing all my music? I don’t want to have to manually add it all again.
