iPhone 15 and iPad 9. I could not retrieve any emails from my Hotmail account in the Mail app. I deleted and reinstalled Hotmail and am now receiving emails however am not receiving Spam. I have logged into Hotmail using another device to find that Spam folder is still active and receiving emails. How do I get Spam folder to receive emails again?

Remove you present account from Mail, then re-enter it and while doing so use the Outlook.com option If that doesn't work, start again and use the Microsoft Exchange option. If it still doesn't work download the Outlook app from the app store and use that.
