Files transferred through AirDrop greyed out with 0KB size on my MacBook Air

Thanks for the help folks! I used AirDrop to transfer 600 videos from my iPhone to my Macbook, after a long time waiting, the system is saying it is done.

However, once I open it in the download, all files are transparent, with 0 KB.

I tried to delte them, but it is saying being used by another appliction, my iPhone's AirDrop already stopped, I am not sure which app is using it.

1) Tired wireless airdrop with 60 videos, default resoluation, average 30 seconds length, still the same grey file not able to open

2) Tired with wire, 5500 photos and videos transfer from iphone to macbook via Photo app on macbook, breaks at 1500 photos and videos

The team who is incharge of the airdrop and wire connection can be fired immediately in my view.

I am only able to select about 20 photos on an iPhone 8 running iOS 16.x when trying to AirDrop them to my laptop. I forget exactly what happens when I try to go over that number...all I recall is that it did not work in some way.

This sometimes happens with AirDrop. USB is more reliable. Reboot (optionally to safe mode) and then try to delete those files.
