Preview and Safari are not displaying certain PDF files

Some pdf files are not shown in Preview or Safari, only blank pages are displayed. My Safari is version 18.0.1 (20619.1.26.31.7), Preview is version 11.0 (1069). Foxit PDF Reader displays these files correctly.


Here goes the output od pdfinfo ran over one of those files.
