forgot screen time passcode

after the last two updates my phone 13 gor messed up, now when i try to turn on the sreen time passcode i get the error saying that is the wrong one, I have reset the passcode of the family organzer, me the parent but nothing works, i was wondering that if i delete the child apple account would make me reset the phone? becuse i cannot reset the childs phone because it wants the stupid passcode regales that we have entered every one we have used to reset it.....
