Email xaptured by zoom

across all devices: iphone 15 and an old macbook all with updated software all of my earthlink email is addressed to zoom. When i hit the arrow my personal e mail does appear but only in light gray. The same display occurs on my end when i send from earthlink

i’ve checked eith earthlink. They say zoom has to fix it. Ive spent hours for at least 4 days “chatting” with zoom to no avail.

Any advice?
