iOS accessibility configuration (VoiceOver) resetting by itself

I've been using iOS VoiceOver for the past few days to read some books, and its capabilities are amazing. Still, I've been having to deal with a problem where every single day, the accessibility configurations I've optimized to what makes me comfortable reset to some stock options, going back to Samantha's voice, resetting the pitch, intonation, speed, and some other further changes I like to configure to make myself comfortable. I enjoy iOS VoiceOver, but having to reconfigure it daily to use it is a deal breaker; I'd appreciate some help in preventing this from happening.
