There is a flicking number on my iMac Screen, i took a screenshot and it doesn't appear on it

I noticed a white flicker on my screen, changed the live wallpaper to a still image and nothing changed the white flickering still continued, i screenshotted this and the flicker did not appear on the image. it began to look like a number and bleeds through transparent windows, hopefully the images are clear for you to see my situation
