How can I transfer my data from Gmail to iCloud without credit card

I no longer have an android phone and everything is set up under gmail in google. I no longer have gmail access and I want to change my account over to iCloud. What do I do? I attempted to use to iPhone answer person but they wanted me pay and put my credit card information in and I am not comfortable with that. So what do I do?
