Apple Music Sluggish Since iOS 18 Update

Since updating to iOS18, my iPhone 14 Pro Max is sluggish when doing certain things, especially Apple Music. When trying to skip tracks, switch from playing one Playlist to another or try adding tracks to Playlists, it either takes several seconds to do so or freezes and then crashes the Apple Music app.

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, or even completely doing a factory reset of my iPhone. Nothing seems to improve it. I had hoped it would’ve got resolved in the iOS 18.0.1 update, but it hasn’t.

I don’t seem to have the same problem on my iPad though.
