Restoring Deleted Contacts with no Archive Available in the list of Data Recovery on iCloud.com

Hi Everyone. I was wondering if anyone can assist me to restore a deleted contact numbers but they are not available on the list of 10 archives you get tp restore from Data Recovery on iCloud.com.

Is there any way to restore previous archives going back at least 5 weeks?
