All Downloaded Music Not Available

I upgraded to iPhone 16 Pro and restored from backup. All music is grayed out with no artwork. When I click on a song it says not available in this country or region. I stumbled upon a setting that said "My Library " and "Dennis Griffins Library " I switched and everything was fine but it somehow switched back and I can't find this option again.
