Hi. I brought an iPhone 16 yesterday in person and was sent away as I didn’t have my passport and told I couldn’t finance online… so an hour later I was back in the store but was told I couldn’t use the gift card against the phone to pay lower monthly amounts. Is this right? I’m also annoyed as think I could’ve used my gift card to buy the apple care+ but they said no? Thanks so much.
