Using iPad Pro 13 (M4) iPad OS18.0.1
using the Apple Pencil to write in notes and on saved photos I keep getting random blue dotted lines, they do disappear but it’s very annoying, has anyone else had this problem?

Same here and I found no way to remove this feature.
