I have 3 Apple devices. Spent half an hour deleting photos from iPad only to find they were still on iCloud and therefore all other devices. I want photos I delete from one device to be deleted from iCloud and all devices. How do I do this?

If all devices actively sync with iCloud any changes made on one device will reflect on all others. Be sure that. your battery. is sufficiently charged (low power mode suspends iCloud sync) and that you are connected to a network.
